Bicolandia Environmental Testing & Consultancy Services (BETCS) is a privately-owned environmental laboratory in the Bicol Region that caters to various business establishments, entrepreneurs and individuals who are in need of its expertise. It was established in 2012, out of the owner’s dedication for the environment and concern for industries that share the same commitment and advocacy.
The same commitment and advocacy encouraged BETCS to engage in consultancy services, initially, for compliance with environmental requirements, which later advanced to management systems following the international standards in collaboration with qualified and highly competent professionals with hands-on expertise in their respective field.
